1. What Kadr is

Kadr is a short video distribution service. The operator of the service ("we") provides clip distribution to customers and engages clippers as independent contractors to do it. A customer buys the service from us and a clipper provides a service to us. No contract arises between a customer and a clipper.

Kadr is not a bank, a payment system or a wallet. A customer's balance is a prepayment for services. A clipper's earnings are what we owe for completed work. There are no transfers between users. The operator's details appear on invoices and are available on request through support.

2. Who can use it

The service is for people aged 18 or over and for organisations. Payouts are available in countries supported by our payment partners. You confirm that neither you nor the place you live in is under sanctions and that you do not use someone else's details. We may ask for documents and may refuse service where we cannot meet our legal duties.

3. For customers

A campaign starts after review and funding. The price per 1000 views does not change after launch. The 15% service fee is charged on top of clipper payments and only on money actually spent. You can end a campaign at any time: new clips stop at once and clips already submitted count for 7 more days. Unspent budget and fee reserve then return to the balance once holds close. The remaining balance can be returned through support.

You confirm you hold the rights to the source materials and allow clippers to cut, edit and publish them within the campaign. You are responsible for the brief and for the lawfulness of what is advertised. Clips are approved or rejected with a written reason within 48 hours, otherwise they are approved automatically. A rejection may rest only on the conditions stated in the campaign and the content rules.

Clipping is top-of-funnel reach. We do not guarantee a number of views, sales, or an audience's country or age.

4. For clippers

Clips are published from accounts the clipper has verified. Views are counted from the moment the link is submitted, for 30 days. The number in our tracker, based on platform data, is final. Platforms may round and recount their counters.

Earnings pass a 7 day hold. If a clip is deleted, rejected or found to have fake views during that time, the earnings are cancelled. Buying views, bots, other people's clips and swapping published content are prohibited; the account is then blocked and unpaid earnings are void. A disputed decision can be appealed once through support within 14 days.

You label advertising where the platform or the law requires it, follow platform rules and pay tax on your income. You are not an employee of the operator. We do not guarantee income: most clips earn little.

5. Payouts

All amounts are calculated in US dollars. A partner may deliver money in local currency at its own rate. The minimum payout is $20. Payouts run once a week. A transfer fee is withheld from each withdrawal: $3 for USDT, $1 for Wise and Payoneer. We may verify identity and details before paying and pause a payout until the check ends.

6. Content rights

You allow the customer and us to show your clip in reports and campaign promotion. You do not use music or materials you have no right to use. Rights holders can complain through support.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for platform decisions, including reduced reach and account bans. Our liability to a user is limited to what the user paid us or earned with us in the last 3 months, unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these terms with notice on the site. Running campaigns continue on the terms of their launch date. You can delete your account through support. We may block an account for breaching these terms. Disputes go to support first.
