What we collect

Email, name and a hashed password. The names of connected accounts and public clip data: views, likes, captions. For payouts: full name, country and payment details. Technical server logs. Support messages.

Why

To run your account, count views, calculate and pay money, catch fake views, meet tax and sanctions duties and answer messages. We do not sell data or show ads.

Who receives it

Contractors the service cannot run without: hosting (DigitalOcean, Germany), email delivery (SendGrid), collection of public platform data (Apify), payment partners when paying out. Public authorities where the law requires it. A customer sees your display name and clips within their campaign.

Cookies

Only necessary ones: session, form protection and your language. No advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

While the account exists, and financial records for as long as the law requires. Server logs up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account through support. Financial records cannot be deleted while their retention period runs.
